The first stage of Chase Hollow is well underway! The concrete block walls are already up and the interior framing has started.

About the project: Chase Hollow is a condominium project located on SW 35^th Avenue. Each two story town home is two bedrooms, three baths and is approximately 1150 square feet. They all have a separate dining area, granite counters in the kitchen, tile downstairs and metal duct work air conditioning system as standard features. The community will be built in three phases over two years with the first phase completed and the second phase well under way. Phase one consists of 5 buildings of 32 units. Phase two consists of 3 buildings/28 units and is scheduled to finish in July 2008. Phase three consists of 6 buildings/52 units and a pool . Phase three has a projected start date of August 2008. When all three phases of Chase Hollow are complete there will be 14 buildings, 112 units and will be home to approximately 200 residents.
