We are very busy at Trunnell Construction with our development projects. The first phase of Chase Hollow was completed in the fall of 2007, the second phase was completed in June of 2008 and the third phase started in August of this year. The Palms, a four story condominium project, is the biggest project for the company to date and is a very impressive site located in the heart of downtown. The complex was recently completed and has 48 units and the only pool in the downtown area. It is a beautiful place to live. Our newest project is Richmond Condominiums. Located on 23rd Avenue just west of 43rd street it has a great central location. There are 9 three story units that all have an enclosed garage, elevator and spacious interiors.
